Live chat launched on our online catalogue

This week, Vire has launched a new live chat feature on the website, designed to deliver a better, more robust browsing experience to our customers. While browsing the online catalogue, users can click the chat bar in the bottom right hand corner to open a one-on-one conversation with one of our sales consultants. This feature works on both the desktop and mobile versions of the online catalogue.

We are constantly experimenting and implementing new technologies and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience, the latest of which enables our users to ask any questions about our products that they might have during their browsing process.

During business hours, our sales consultants will be on hand to assist our customers. Outside of regular business hours, the functionality is in place to take messages, which will be tended to as soon as our operators are back at their stations.
